1. Order Fulfillment and Refunds

  • If we are unable to fulfill your paid order due to product unavailability or other issues, we will process a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

2. Product Substitution

  • In cases where a product is unavailable, we will contact you to confirm if you would like us to substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
  • If you prefer not to receive a substitute product, we can provide a gift voucher for the equivalent amount, which can be redeemed for future purchases on our site.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for items that could not be fulfilled or substituted. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as personal taste preferences.
